I’m Colleen, a registered dietitian, marathon runner, and former restriction queen who genuinely thought “eating clean” was the key to success. I spent years chasing discipline through food, thinking if I could just get it “right,” I’d finally feel good in my body. Instead, I felt exhausted, anxious, and constantly second-guessing myself.
Now, I help high-achieving women fuel their training and their lives without falling into obsession.
