48hrs after all appts, you’ll receive a copy of session notes outlining what we talked about and any corresponding resources. Between appts you can communicate with Colleen, upload food logs, and track weight/symptoms

Spaced depending on your availability, preference, and specific needs. This is a time to reflect on what is working and what isn’t and how we can take your plan to the next level.

What I need from you:

Preparation to invest in yourself (This is about how you show up! Take video calls in a private, quiet place with limited distractions, come prepared with questions and/or updates, and be ready to make a change. If you’re reading this, you’re well on your way there!)

Open and honest communication: I am not here to judge you!! Nutrition can be a difficult subject to discuss (Trust me, I GET IT. Vulnerable share: I struggled for years with an eating disorder, and I understand it’s not always easy to face nutrition head on, but I also know it is so worth it.) I promise to be transparent with all my clients and open to feedback whether it is negative or positive. Let’s make sure this is a two-way street, we both have a lot to learn throughout your journey.
