◦ Open and honest communication: I am not here to judge you!! Nutrition can be a difficult subject to discuss (Trust me, I GET IT. Vulnerable share: I struggled for years with an eating disorder, and I understand it’s not always easy to face nutrition head on, but I also know it is so worth it.) I promise to be transparent with all my clients and open to feedback whether it is negative or positive. Let’s make sure this is a two-way street, we both have a lot to learn throughout your journey.
