As a marathon runner, I have a niche interest in nutrition for female runners, and I can relate to the journey as a whole (ask me how many toenails I have left). I also know there are many other aspects that go hand-in-hand when it comes to endurance sports (hello body image issues, hormonal imbalances, GI distress and deficiencies). Not only does it take one to know one, but I’ve made many mistakes in the book myself. I made it to the other side and I want to help you get here! 

However, I’m also here to help anyone at any activity level reach their goals. Whether you’re aiming for body recomposition, training for an endurance event, or just want to feel your best, I offer sustainable, evidence-based strategies that fit your lifestyle. I believe that nutrition should fit seamlessly into your life—not the other way around. As a registered dietitian with a specialization in sports nutrition, my goal is to create sustainable, science-based nutrition strategies that enhance both your athletic performance and overall health.
